INVESTIGATED COMPLAINT REGARDING THE PRESENCE OF A HORSE INSIDE OF THIS BAR OVER THE WEEKEND OF 9/9/2023 DURING THE GRANT PARK FEST. SPOKE WITH THE OWNER REGARDING THE CONCERN OF ANY ANIMAL PRESENT INSIDE THE BAR. I STATED ITS ONE THING TO HAVE AN ANIMAL EVENT OUTSIDE IN THE BEER GARDEN, BUT ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE UNLESS THEY ARE A SERVICE ANIMAL. ANY FURTHER COMPLAINTS REGARDING ANIMALS ALLOWED TO BE PRESENT INSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT MAY BE ADDRESSED WITH FINES.
